Titanium clad copper bar is generally used in strong corrosive environments, such as electroplating, electrolysis, hydrometallurgy processes, for it has not only the original conductive property of copper bar, but also protecting the copper bar from corroded by titanium layer.
Our qulity department controls strictly with the raw material-titanium tubes and copper bars. Inspection reports and chemical analysis are required. Internal and external surface of tubes must be no crack, no peeling, no small pits, no oxide layer, or oil dirt and roundness of copper bar must be within +/- 0.1mm. Thermal shock test, ultrosonic test, split test, PT test are also used.
AATi titanium clad copper bars have excellent conductivity and fully ductile for shaping and forming due to OFHC (Oxygen-Free High Conductivity) Copper Core and Great weldability for connecting, capping and joining.
