Product Introduction of 80W LED Remote Phosphor Tech luminaires:
Our RPT use normal phosphor, low cost on materials. Patented RPT Cover manufacturing process: mix the normal phosphor and PC materials to get the mixture, inject the mixture to get the shaped light emitting devices, low cost, excellent color consistency, These features ensure our RPT products could be commercialized in large batches with acceptable cost and excellent performance. And patented Blue led chips manufacturing technology, increase 15% more blue light output than normal blue LED chips.
RPT Advantages described by Philips:
● System works in Lower temperature & Higher efficiency.
● System works more reliable and steady, longer life time.
● Lower down the working temperature of the phosphor, slow down the degenerate rate of the phosphor layer, longer life of the phosphor, increase the light output efficiency of the phosphor.
● Excellent color stability, stable flux output and consistency of the color temperature.
● Lower lumen decrease rate than non-RPT LED products.
● Less glaring than non-RPT LED products.
Besides the 1~ 6 points, the most key advantages:
● No need using special phosphor, but using normal phosphor to lower material cost without sacrificing goods quality
● We own patented manufacturing process for the light emitting devices and the special Blue led chips. These features ensure our products could be accepted by market and commercialized in large batches.

Overview of the RPT :
●CREE is one of the earliest companies to make the RPT research and development, they applied for many technology patents for RPT before the year of 2010.
●INTEMATIX made great efforts to promote the RPT and applied for many technical patents based on the technology of CREE. Intematix released very successful CHROMALIT XT technical solution in 2012. CHROMALIT XT solution published the light emitting devices in different shapes.
●Authorized by Cree and Intematix, Philips made great efforts on the application of RPT, they released the RPT LED lamp which got "L" prize from DOE of USA. This lamp brought the RPT to a new era of practical application.
Why Choose us?
Only a rigorous review of the cost of each process can maintain industry leadership. Up to 80% of the energy costs in the warehouse are used for lighting, so the lights must be as energy efficient as possible. Our lighting last longer and are more energy efficient and environmentally friendly.
1. What does RGB LED mean?
RGB LED means red, blue and green LEDs. RGB LED products combine these three colors to produce over 16 million hues of light. Note that not all colors are possible. Some colors are "outside" the triangle formed by the RGB LEDs. Also, pigment colors such as brown or pink are difficult, or impossible, to achieve.
2. Is it true LED lights produce blue light that can disrupt sleep by suppressing the body's production of melatonin?
LEDs can be made in cool white and warm white light. Adding more red light creates a warmer white light, whereas the addition of blue light produces cool white.
When a white light solution replaces traditional discharge street lighting it does usually mean adding more blue. But it is a tiny fraction of the content in natural daylight, and does not have any detrimental effect on people.
Research actually shows that light exposure needs to be in excess of 30 lux continuously for an hour for any measurable shift to take place in melatonin, the hormone which governs our sleep patterns. Even then this shift is insufficient to disrupt sleep patterns.
Typical street lighting levels are 10 lux, less than light levels normally found in the home. The use of handheld phones, tablets and computers is likely to have a greater impact on melatonin levels.
3. What is CELMA?
CELMA is the Federation of National Manufacturers Associations for Luminaires and Electrotechnical components in the European Union. CELMA along with ELC, - (European Lamp Companies Federation) provides standards and guides for LED lighting in Europe.
4. What is PAS?
PAS is Publicly Available Standard, an informal rating-used in Europe. Whilst it is not a formal EN standard, it is an industry-agreed way of presenting data and procedures.
