CS series Potentiostat / Galvanostat contains a fast digital function generator, high-speed data acquisition circuitry, a potentiostat and a galvanostat. With high performance in stability and accuracy with advanced hardware and well-functioned software, Corrtest potentiostat is widely used at many research institutes and universities for photovoltaic solar cell testing.

1. How about delivery?

Usually we can deliver goods within 7 working days after payment is received. The goods are delivered by express such as DHL, FedEx, UPS etc.

 

2. Should we do the calibration before testing?

Before shipment, instruments are already tested and calibrated by our engineers, so customer don't need to do calibration again. The "calibration" and password in the software is for our internal use.

 

3. How to check if the potentiostat galvanostat is fine?

Customers can use dummy cell to check the instrument.

    

Connect the green clamp to WE, the yellow clamp to RE, and the red one to CE. 

Based on the principles of the potentiostat, when change the applied potential, the output current should always obey the Ohm law: I= E/R. For example, do the experiment of potentiostatic, and set the applied voltage to be 1.1V, and then check if the response current is 1mA. If it is, it means the instrument is well functional. 


4. What's the standard supply list for a set of potentiostat galvanostat ?

For a set of potentiostat galvanostat, you will receive:

The instrument, software, power cable(British, European, or American standard), USB cable( for Bipotentiostat it's Ethernet cable), electrode cable, manual.

For electrodes and electrochemical cells, you should purchased separately.


5. How to install the software?

CS studio software is user-friendly. Customers just need to follow the steps mentioned in the instructions and manual that we provide with the instrument.
